About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform IT-related external and internal audit and attestation procedures for private and public companies.
- Apply professional standards, including PCAOB rules and AICPA attestation standards, to deliver high-quality engagements.
- Address financial, operational, and compliance risks using IT-related data analytics and internal control knowledge.
- Manage and motivate diverse professional teams, providing structured on-the-job feedback and performance mentoring.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify new business development opportunities.
- Lead workshops and client-facing presentations to demonstrate technical capabilities and business insights.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting for large-scale technology and risk programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive work experience (or 4 years if holding a relevant Master's degree).
- 4 years of experience as an IT auditor or IT risk consultant.
- 4 years of technical experience in areas such as SOX, GRC, data analytics, or ERP security (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft).
- 2 years of experience in team management and professional supervision.
- 2 years of experience leading workshops and client presentations.
- 1 year of experience in project management for large-scale risk or technology projects.
- Eligibility to obtain relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CPA, CRISC) within one year of hire.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (including up to 15% international).
