Risk Audit Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, analyze, and consolidate risk identification, evaluation, and reporting methodologies for Telefónica Group across local operators.
• Provide the Internal Audit Directorate with the Company Risk Map based on the Risk Management System for presentation to decision-making bodies.
• Establish awareness and training mechanisms, including semiannual training sessions and risk culture communication campaigns.
• Consolidate risk management results for Hispanoamérica (HISPAM) operations, identifying high and critical risks to develop the HISPAM Risk Map.
• Apply risk methodologies to strategic processes and projects to anticipate negative events and ensure objective achievement.
• Provide consultancy and best practice recommendations for local and international initiatives within the Telefónica Group.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management or internal audit.
• Strong knowledge of COSO ERM 2017, ISO 31000, and Internal Audit principles.
• Advanced data analytics skills using tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Python.
• Knowledge of Leadership and Strategic Management.
