Risk Associate

Responsibilities

• Liaise with players on account related issues and ensure high levels of customer care
• Analyse customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud and resolve errors
• Analyse Affiliate account records to identify irregularities
• Suggest improvements to procedures and systems for fraud prevention
• Investigate financial irregularities and work with other departments to prevent fraud
• Maintain quality control through analysis of player contact
• Investigate risk issues relating to third party processors
• Check gaming history

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of Risk work, Online Payments, or Financial Services
• Fluent English and German at business level
• Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns
• Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical approach
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
