About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full insurance portfolio including General Liability, Property, D&O, E&O, Cyber, and Workers' Compensation
- Lead the annual renewal process, including underwriting data gathering and broker negotiation
- Coordinate end-to-end insurance claims management with Legal, Operations, and HR
- Review contracts and vendor agreements for risk transfer, indemnification, and insurance compliance
- Monitor corporate covenant compliance related to insurance and risk
- Prepare periodic management-level risk reports and monitor regulatory changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in insurance management or risk operations
- Hands-on experience managing commercial insurance programs and renewals
- Experience reviewing contracts for insurance and indemnification requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as ARM, CPCU, or CRM
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with risk or insurance management software
