Risk Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain risk reporting tools and dashboards
• Design and enhance risk metrics and reports to support trading decisions and risk oversight
• Collaborate with stakeholders across trading, technology, and risk to improve the analytics framework
• Oversee the quality and consistency of data used in internal and external risk systems
• Troubleshoot and improve data ingestion, transformation, and analysis pipelines
• Communicate key assumptions and methods used in risk analytics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk analytics or a similar role within a financial institution
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and SQL
• Deep understanding of financial instruments, trading strategies, and risk measures (VaR, P&L attribution, stress testing)
• Hands-on experience with risk systems, data pipelines, and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or STEM fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Django and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with third-party risk systems such as Imagine or Bloomberg
• Master's degree in a data-intensive field like Data Science, Quantitative Finance, or Mathematics
