Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of risk management processes within teams in alignment with overarching policies
• Assist in the rollout and integration of updates to risk management practices
• Collaborate with the Risk Lead to ensure a consistent approach to risk management
• Provide insights for continuous improvement of the risk management framework
• Maintain high-quality, robust, and transparent risk data
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops for risk identification and assessment
• Support teams in developing measurable and actionable risk management responses
• Execute quantitative risk analysis to assess project risk exposure
• Maintain project and programme risk registers and related documentation, including dashboards

Requirements

• 5 years relevant experience in risk management principles, methods, and toolkits
• In-depth understanding of design and delivery for complex projects in AEC sectors
• Experience influencing stakeholders and providing guidance for project delivery
• Ability to coordinate multiple reporting inputs and deliver project reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• BEng, BA, or BSc in a related discipline
