Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end risk assessments aligned to established methodologies and frameworks
• Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including documenting risks and tracking mitigation progress
• Develop and recommend qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies and reporting
• Produce risk reporting and analysis using visual data representations, dashboards, and executive slide decks
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and product teams to align risk assessments with business strategy
• Conduct assessments across multiple domains including Financial, Operational, Compliance, and Strategic risk
• Support the continuous improvement of risk assessment documentation, procedures, and frameworks

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in risk management, enterprise risk, or operational risk
• Demonstrated hands-on experience executing risk assessments, including identification, scoring, and mitigation tracking
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts to senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Risk management experience within fintech, payments, or technology organizations
• Experience working closely with product teams and familiarity with product development lifecycles
• Background in financial services or payments-related risk
• Exposure to emerging technologies, including AI risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST)
