Risk Advisory Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, delivery, governance, and quality assurance for consulting projects.
• Support consultancy sales through CRM management, opportunity tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare commercial documentation, including proposals and statements of work.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting.
• Strengthen PMO processes, including resource planning and risk management.
• Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate across teams to develop new Risk Advisory services and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing consulting projects (security risk, resilience, or crisis management experience preferred).
• Strong project management skills covering planning, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting business development, proposal preparation, and project scoping.
• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project financial performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in insurance-related security, crisis response, travel risk, or resilience services.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
