Risk Advisory Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day risk advisory services including conducting internal audits
• Evolve and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Execute focused client engagements to identify and manage potential risks to operations, financial stability, and reputation
• Work closely with junior team members to provide comprehensive solutions and guidance to clients
• Apply audit methodologies, regulatory compliance, and internal control frameworks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify control gaps
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000)
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CIA, or MBA (Semi-qualified CAs with deep internal audit experience considered)
