RISE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in a strategic leadership development rotation program designed to build the next generation of engineering leaders
• Gain hands-on experience through rotations in diverse areas such as new product development, operations, materials, testing and validation, process development, failure analysis, and automation
• Complete formal training and mentorship sessions to accelerate professional growth
• Transition into a permanent full-time role aligned with your developed skills and business needs upon successful completion of the program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or Process Engineering (or expected graduation by December 2026)
• 0-1 years of professional experience or recent graduate status
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments
• Willingness to rotate through different departments and work onsite full-time
