Rigger

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-use visual inspections and documented inspections of all lifting tackle
• Prepare and secure loads prior to lifting using approved rigging and slinging practices
• Provide clear signaling and guidance to equipment operators during lifting operations and plant movement
• Comply with all applicable legislation and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements
• Perform additional tasks as required to support site operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in rigging
• Strong understanding of lifting gears, plans, and procedures
• Capability for accurate record keeping and documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure
