Rider Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of rider engagement events, seasonal activations, and in-person activities.
• Develop and execute rider communications across multiple channels to drive awareness and participation.
• Own rider reporting and intel gathering, including running surveys and focus groups to identify industry trends and pain points.
• Partner with Operations and internal teams to support the rollout of rider-focused initiatives and programs.
• Track and evaluate the performance of engagement campaigns using metrics such as satisfaction surveys and redemption rates.
• Identify and pursue impactful rider benefit partnerships with grocers, restaurants, and service shops.
• Act as the voice of the rider within the business to strengthen the relationship with the fleet.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, or Community Engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to commit to a 9-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects forward independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, workshops, or large-scale engagement initiatives.
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
