About the role
Responsibilities
- Process cases and motions for the Hearings Division
- Review correspondence related to defaults, motions to vacate defaults, and hearing requests
- Enter and retrieve data in spreadsheets, databases, and case management systems
- Review case information for accuracy and update records as needed
- Respond to public and intra-agency inquiries by phone and email
- Support special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of community work or community-centered experience
- Experience related to the duties described
- Strong data entry and record review skills
- Telephone and email communication skills
