About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process cases and motions for the Hearings Division
  • Review correspondence related to defaults, motions to vacate defaults, and hearing requests
  • Enter and retrieve data in spreadsheets, databases, and case management systems
  • Review case information for accuracy and update records as needed
  • Respond to public and intra-agency inquiries by phone and email
  • Support special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of community work or community-centered experience
  • Experience related to the duties described
  • Strong data entry and record review skills
  • Telephone and email communication skills
