RGM Pricing Strategy Executive

Responsibilities

• Support and develop analysis using commercial, consumer, and financial data using Databricks and PySpark
• Transition Excel-based workflows into Databricks and Power BI
• Build automated pricing and performance reporting through scalable data models and DAX measures
• Assist in scenario modelling for quarterly promotion planning including what-if simulations
• Work with U.S. stakeholders to align on business assumptions and document methodologies
• Support deployment of models and pipelines using Databricks Workflows and Delta Live Tables

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience
• 1+ years in data science, engineering, revenue management, or pricing
• Experience in process automation and large-scale data set analysis
• Familiarity with basic machine learning frameworks like regression or decision trees
• Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency using Databricks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within FMCG industries
• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions independently
