RGM Data Science Executive

Responsibilities

• Define assortment strategy using analytical models such as clustering, elasticity, and portfolio roles to create scalable decision-making tools.
• Build automated dashboards and analytical models using SQL, Python, and BI tools to monitor SKU performance and generate actionable insights.
• Develop data-driven rationalization tools to assess productivity, overlaps, and transfer effects for portfolio optimization and delisting.
• Design and deploy optimization models using machine learning and simulations to improve assortment decisions and space allocation.
• Create automated market and competitor tracking systems to monitor pricing, assortment, and industry trends.
• Develop analytical simulators and scorecards to tailor assortments by customer and channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), data science, or portfolio management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Advanced level of MS Excel.
• Technical knowledge of Power BI, Python, and SQL.
• Understanding of segmentation, profitability, and KPI tracking.
