RFP Writer

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs
• Create, compile, and review new and existing language to ensure high-quality, error-free responses
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in compliance, legal, risk, ESG, and finance to craft customized content
• Maintain and update proposal content within third-party databases like Loopio
• Review and proofread qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy, including industry databases
• Partner with product and relationship management teams to respond to client-driven requests
• Leverage RFP management technologies to streamline processes and improve workflow automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or marketing
• 3-6 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in investor relations or RFP roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent editorial judgment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail regarding both qualitative and quantitative data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RFP management platforms such as Loopio, RFPIO, or Responsive
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Working knowledge of the asset management industry
