RFP Writer

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
• Compile existing language and create new, compelling content to ensure high-quality, error-free responses.
• Build a thorough understanding of the firm's products and investment strategies to facilitate accurate proposals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in compliance, legal, risk, ESG, operations, finance, and technology to craft customized language.
• Update and manage proposal content within third-party databases like Loopio to ensure content integrity.
• Review, proofread, and check qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy.
• Liaise with internal support departments to obtain necessary data and documentation.
• Leverage RFP management technologies to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in economics, finance, accounting, or marketing.
• 3-6 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in an investor relations or RFP-focused role.
• Proven experience with formatting, reviewing, and proofreading materials for content and grammar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clear responses to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments under tight deadlines.
• Strong editorial judgment and a high level of attention to detail regarding qualitative and quantitative accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RFP management platforms such as Loopio, RFPIO, or Responsive.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Working knowledge of the asset management industry.
