RFP Strategy & Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own Sierra’s RFP response by triaging requests and coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Security, Legal, and Product teams
• Maintain and improve the RFP knowledge base and content infrastructure
• Implement AI tooling and workflow automation to increase process consistency
• Support Sales in high-stakes evaluations by flagging patterns and themes in prospect questions

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product operations, revenue operations, legal operations, deal desk, solutions engineering, or investment banking
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong written communication skills for translating technical information
• Proven ability to sustain high output and high quality
• Track record of improving existing processes
• Enthusiasm for applying AI and automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise security or compliance questionnaires (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
• Experience in a sales-adjacent or customer trust function
