RFP Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to increase regional win rates
• Execute end-to-end RFP/ITQ response workflows, including delegation, project tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Interpret complex questions and create targeted responses using library content and subject matter expert input
• Maintain and expand the response library to reflect evolving product functionality and competitive differentiators
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Compliance teams to ensure comprehensive responses
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting strict deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in proposal management or RFP response within a B2B SaaS environment
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to develop compelling value messages
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple high-priority projects
• Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within treasury, financial services, or enterprise SaaS software
• Experience using Loopio or similar RFP software platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for opportunity tracking
• Background in technical writing, competitive intelligence, or product marketing
