Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of RFP responses that highlight the value of the Recognition Platform
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Marketing stakeholders to stay updated on new products
• Develop sample RFPs for new product launches and maintain existing content
• Respond to quarterly service requests and ad-hoc inquiries
• Update Metropolis products and services in external databases monthly and quarterly
• Manage the RFP response database and improve proposal tools and systems
• Participate in high-impact projects to improve RFP team efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in proposal writing, sales operations, or business development
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to translate technical AI concepts
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and source information from subject matter experts
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines in a high-growth environment
• Proficiency with RFP automation software and CRM tools
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, mobility, or AI/Computer Vision industries
• Familiarity with Letter.AI, GovSpend, or similar proposal management platforms
• Experience responding to government, large-scale enterprise, and real estate procurement requests
