RFP and Investment Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and consultant questionnaires
• Maintain information on Investment Management division in third-party databases
• Collaborate with business development and client service staff to evaluate qualitative responses
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of RFP library for documentation
• Monitor and update third-party database providers to ensure consistency
• Apply analytical expertise to support business development and client service teams
• Build knowledge of institutional investment strategies, products, and philosophy
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable rules, regulations, and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Marketing related field preferred
• Experience or internship in asset management marketing preferred
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of investment concepts, products, and regulations
• Ability to learn industry standard data sources and multiple systems
