RF/mm-Wave EM Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of RF circuits and work closely with RFIC design engineers to optimize overall performance
• Collaborate across various teams to convert customer specifications into design requirements
• Assist in prototype development, including evaluation, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports on design optimization processes and results
• Stay on top of industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology

Requirements

• MSEE or PhD
• At least 2 years of experience in Electromagnetics (EM)
• Strong knowledge of RF/Microwave principles and Electromagnetic theory
• Solid understanding of module components like power amplifiers, LNAs, RF switches, and filters
• Proficient in creating 3D circuit models using EM tools and running simulations
• Proficient with tools such as Spectre RF, ADS, Matlab, and HFSS
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Atlanta, GA
