RFIC Circuit Design Engineer, Staff

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test advanced cellular RFIC systems for next-generation transceivers
• Design critical RF/Analog circuit blocks including LNAs, Mixers, TX modulators, driver amplifiers, and Frequency Synthesizers (PLLs)
• Work on high-frequency dividers, VCOs, DLLs, and data converters (ADC/DAC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet rigorous performance requirements
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of IC design tools, simulators, and layout design techniques to ensure successful silicon implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of hardware engineering experience (or equivalent experience via Master's or PhD)
• Expertise in RF/Analog circuit design using sub-90nm CMOS technology
• Proven experience with front-end RF blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, and PLLs
• Strong proficiency with RF/Analog IC design tools and verification methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of wireless connectivity technologies and cellular chipsets (LTE, LTE-NR, CDMA2000, WCDMA, etc.)
• Experience with Power Management design, including Bandgap, LDO, and Reference Current Generation
• Familiarity with RF calibration, radio floor planning, and frequency planning
