RF/HF Electronics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as an RF/HF expert on various client projects in electronics, telecommunications, and embedded systems
• Support pre-sales phases by analyzing client needs and developing technical responses
• Ensure solution compliance with technical and regulatory standards (EMC, ETSI, FCC, etc.)
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the RF/HF expertise development strategy
• Dynamize the Electronics Competence Community in Brive-la-Gaillarde through knowledge sharing and training
• Collaborate with local industrial, laboratory, and engineering school actors

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics, telecommunications, or embedded systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RF/HF system simulation and validation
• Proficiency in RF/HF design and systems: modeling, simulation (ADS, CST, HFSS), and performance optimization
• Expertise in link budget, wave propagation, RF filters, LNA amplifiers, and antennas
• Knowledge of signal processing and telecommunications techniques
• Experience in electronic validation and integration
• Mastery of electromagnetic and regulatory constraints (EMC, ETSI, FCC)
• Mandatory proficiency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, telecommunications, or industrial sectors
• Interest in mentoring, coaching, and knowledge capitalization
