About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform on-chip electrical testing of power amplifiers, LNAs, and other RFICs
- Set up the RF test bench for measurements and conduct manual on-wafer/on-die probing
- RFIC device characterization and performance measurements
- Design RF PCBs for RFIC products and internal use
- Analyze test data and prepare characterization reports
- Automate RFIC testing through scripting
- Validate setups by comparing setup performance to a standard
Requirements
- BS or MS in electrical engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in RF and mmWave testing and characterization
- Skilled in manual on-die probing and test setup configuration
- Experience with network analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, power meters, and spectrum analyzers
- Understanding of RF theory and standard test practices
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing HTOL and temperature testing
- Experience with built-in self-test methods
- Scripting experience in Python or MATLAB
- Experience with power amplifier and LNA measurement
- Experience in RFIC design
