About the role
Responsibilities
- Test and troubleshoot medium to highly complex microwave and millimeter-wave modules and sub-systems
- Perform test station setup and calibration
- Maintain accurate test data and documentation
- Use computer-controlled test systems to perform microwave electronics testing
- Assemble breadboards, test fixtures, and wiring harnesses
- Utilize automated and manual test equipment including Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes
Requirements
- US Citizenship and ability/willingness to obtain a government security clearance
- 3-5 years of experience in the microwave electronics industry, an associate degree, or a military background with 3+ years of electronics training
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic hand soldering skills
- Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions
