About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the integration, test, and verification of advanced airborne sensor systems, including phased array antennas and RF/EW systems
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop test procedures and troubleshoot system-level issues
  • Perform calibration and operation of phased array antennas within a laboratory test-range environment
  • Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate ES/EA system performance
  • Assist in planning and executing laboratory and field test events, including data collection and post-test analysis
  • Generate technical reports, test documentation, and analysis summaries to support program milestones

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) and RF engineering
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues
  • Experience with modeling and simulation for Electronic Warfare or radar systems
  • Experience with the calibration, operation, and integration of phased-array or RF sensor systems
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance
  • Advanced degree in a STEM field
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools like Cameo (SysML)
  • Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Jira, or Confluence
  • Experience with antenna design and calibration
  • Knowledge of Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
