RF Product Engineer, Sr Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop test solutions for design verification of highly integrated RF Receivers, Transmitters, Transceivers, Power management, Analog, and Mixed signal ASICs
• Perform device debug and characterization
• Implement test automation and conduct data analysis
• Define process experiments (DOE) and manage multiple-source fab matching
• Drive failure analysis to completion and manage yield variance control
• Drive short-term and long-term test time reduction and yield improvement to meet production goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of Hardware Engineering experience
• OR Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience
• OR PhD in a related field with 1+ year of Hardware Engineering experience
• Proven experience in device debug, characterization, and test automation
