RF Payload Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer interface for National Security space programs
• Shape new opportunities and architectures through strategic business development
• Oversee program execution from contract award through on-orbit operations
• Lead proposal efforts ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage technical changes and mitigate risks
• Lead customer reviews and deliver technical briefings to government stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
• 5+ years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or government operations
• Deep understanding of launch vehicles, spacecraft, or aerospace systems
• Active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in engineering or science
• 10+ years of experience in program management or systems engineering
• Experience with spacecraft mission design, development, integration, and test
• Experience working in the US national security community
• Experience with contract negotiations
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
