RF & Microwave Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design and test Microwave RF circuits, Radio Frequency Assemblies (RFAs), Microwave Integrated Circuits (MICs), and Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs)
• Support hardware and software design, equipment selection, and the development of Special Test Equipment (STE)
• Conduct testing and integration for high-frequency circuits ranging from baseband to millimeter wave
• Create and present technical data packages for program management during design reviews and meetings
• Provide technical support through the development, production, and post-production phases

Requirements

• STEM degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RF/Microwave product design and testing
• Proficiency with software tools such as Keysight ADS, AWR Microwave Office, Sonnet EM, or Ansys HFSS
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Special Test Equipment (STE) hardware and software design
• Proficiency in programming or automation tools such as C, C++, LabWindows/CVI, Matlab, or NI TestStand
