RF Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support development of RF hardware systems through the development lifecycle from requirements definition to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and specifications
• Design and implement hardware designs and support assembly, integration, and testing under senior guidance
• Identify and select RF system components including active/passive devices, antennas, and connectors
• Conduct supporting analyses such as RF link budgets to inform design decisions
• Support assembly, initial operation, and system check-out including test plan definition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of applicable experience (Master's degree or equivalent experience considered)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Knowledge of RF systems, design principles, requirements verification, and test execution
• Experience in the delivery of advanced development hardware
• Experience providing information for technical reviews such as SRRs, PDRs, and CDRs

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
• Experience in radar systems or electronic warfare
• Expertise in microwave engineering or analog and digital signal processing
• Experience in embedded software development or physics modeling and simulation
