About the role
Responsibilities
- Design RF electronics hardware for next generation products and iterate on existing hardware
- Create electromagnetic simulation models of hardware including amplifiers, filters, and PCB layout
- Build RF circuits such as LNAs, filters, and power amplifiers
- Support circuitry design including power and digital control
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to characterize and troubleshoot integrated RF system performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related engineering discipline
- 0-4+ years of RF design experience across circuits, filters, or antennas
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Must meet ITAR compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- RF line-up design considering non-linearity, noise, and blocker/jammer tolerance
- Experience with power amplifier, LNA, and filter design
- Experience with design and bring-up of point of load converters and digital interfaces like I2C/SPI
- Knowledge of EVM, Noise Figure, IIP2, IMD, and impedance matching
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and test automation
