RF Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in the analog/RF design portions of radio products
• Draft and review RF specifications and produce block diagrams for RF/analog subsystems
• Manage vendors for outsourced RF design projects
• Guide schematic and PCB design for internal development projects
• Conduct lab and field testing to debug RF issues in development and production

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the design of RF circuits and systems
• BS/MS in Electrical/RF Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with RF specification drafting and block-level system design
• Familiarity with PCB design considerations for RF circuits
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and debugging
• Proven ability in vendor and subcontractor management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wireless communication systems
• Proficiency in Python
