RF Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level RF design including component selection and cascade analysis
• Design custom discrete filters and amplifiers
• Execute RF schematic entry and PCB layout using Altium
• Generate required design documentation
• Validate and debug product performance at component, module, and system levels
• Collaborate with Product Management and Operations from prototype to production

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• 5 years of experience with MSEE or 7 years with BSEE as an RF/Wireless Design Engineer
• Experience with RF cascade analysis and optimization
• Filter synthesis and design expertise
• Proficiency in schematic entry and PCB layout
• Hands-on experience with RF circuit bring-up and troubleshooting
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with discrete amplifier design (1W and above)
• Knowledge of integrated RF transceivers
• Experience with non-linear simulations and load-pull analysis
• Understanding of frequency conversion, synthesizers, and PLL design
• Experience with EM Solvers such as HFSS, Momentum, Analyst, or AXIEM
• Proficiency with AWR Microwave Office and Altium
