RF Design Engineer, Sr Staff

Responsibilities

• Lead MSIP circuit design from system definition and specification through silicon validation and debug
• Oversee layout, verification, and documentation of MSIP blocks supporting radio transceivers and SoCs
• Drive design excellence across system architecture, circuit design, simulation, and post-silicon validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional RF, digital, and system teams to develop cutting-edge IPs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and manage small project teams
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging MSIP technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of Hardware Engineering experience (or equivalent Master's/PhD experience)
• Strong expertise in high-performance MSIPs, such as ADCs (≥320 MHz bandwidth), DACs, or PLLs
• Proficiency in Cadence ADE, Virtuoso XL, and Spectre
• Working knowledge of MATLAB and Verilog/Verilog-AMS
• Proven experience in debugging and silicon validation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high sampling rate SAR ADCs
• Prior experience leading small teams and managing multiple projects
• Exposure to advanced technology nodes and multi-domain integration (RF, analog, digital)
