About the role
Responsibilities
- Validate and transfer high-performance radio modules from prototype to production
- Own end-to-end RF hardware validation including software and mechanical integration
- Prepare test plans, design test jigs, and conduct OTA, bench-level, and environmental testing
- Document schematics, test results, and design rationale for long-term product support
- Lead cross-functional coordination with PCB, mechanical, and product engineering teams
- Transfer designs to Product Engineering and ensure smooth manufacturing ramp
Requirements
- Experienced RF engineer with hands-on hardware validation background
- Proven ability to solve complex design problems and move fast from requirements to hardware
- Experience with radio modules, bidirectional amplifiers, and wireless systems integration
- Familiarity with power supplies, MCU interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C), and Ethernet circuitry
- Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare complete design packages for manufacturing handoff
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with PCB, mechanical, and product teams
