Rewards Surveys & Intelligence Specialist Intern

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full cycle of compensation and benefits surveys, including data collection, validation, and integration into databases
• Provide operational and analytical support to consultants by validating job classifications and methodology alignment
• Assist in producing survey results and performing analyses to identify market trends, evolutions, and key signals
• Participate in ad-hoc analyses of compensation policies and practices, such as external competitiveness and internal equity

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program with a significant focus on Human Resources
• Available for a 6-month internship starting as soon as possible
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to draw clear, synthetic conclusions from complex data sets
• Strong interpersonal skills and a preference for teamwork
