Rewards Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of annual merit review and bonus cycles, including system setup and coordination
• Act as a key point of contact for HRBPs and managers regarding compensation tools and processes
• Configure and maintain Workday Advanced Compensation to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
• Support the design and management of incentive schemes across various employee populations
• Prepare compensation analysis, reporting, and benchmarking using market data
• Contribute to reward-related projects such as job architecture and pay transparency initiatives
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and Business Leaders as a subject-matter expert
• Develop clear reward communications for managers and employees

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Rewards or HR analytics, ideally in an international organization
• Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation (configuration, testing, and troubleshooting)
• Solid experience supporting compensation cycles like merit reviews and bonus processes
• Advanced Excel skills including large datasets, data modelling, and visualization
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience with market data and benchmarking tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Interest or experience in using AI tools to enhance data analysis and process efficiency
