Rewards Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with consulting teams to design philosophies and strategies to attract, reward, and retain talent
• Support clients in maintaining market competitiveness through benchmarking analyses
• Monitor legal, regulatory, and legislative trends impacting corporate governance and compensation
• Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of various plan designs
• Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plans
• Prepare detailed reports to present findings and strategic recommendations to diverse client audiences
• Communicate complex changes to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, business intelligence, accounting, or a quantitative field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (B+/75% equivalent)
• Demonstrated strong technical or client service skills (analyst-type internship preferred)
• Proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with particular expertise in Excel
• Strong financial literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an analyst-focused internship
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively in a team environment
