About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with consulting teams to design philosophies and strategies to attract, reward, and retain talent
- Support clients in maintaining market competitiveness through benchmarking analyses
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and legislative trends impacting corporate governance and compensation
- Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of various plan designs
- Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plans
- Prepare detailed reports to present findings and strategic recommendations to diverse client audiences
- Communicate complex changes to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, business intelligence, accounting, or a quantitative field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (B+/75% equivalent)
- Demonstrated strong technical or client service skills (analyst-type internship preferred)
- Proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with particular expertise in Excel
- Strong financial literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an analyst-focused internship
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively in a team environment
