Reward Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with colleagues to review, refine, and strengthen the Reward framework to ensure market competitiveness.
• Gather and analyze Reward data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation, remuneration, and benefits programs.
• Support key annual Reward initiatives, including Salary Reviews, Benchmarking Surveys, Job Evaluations, and Benefits reviews.
• Transform complex data into clear, insightful reports to drive informed decision-making.
• Monitor market trends, emerging practices, and industry developments to keep the Reward strategy ahead of the game.
• Collaborate with HR teams to provide valuable Reward insights and recommendations that enhance the employee experience.
• Help shape Reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Reward Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Solid understanding of job grading, salary benchmarking, and market analysis.
• Experience with Willis Towers Watson or similar reward platforms is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
