Reward Expert

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
• Provide expertise on job evaluation, benchmarking, and international reward topics.
• Conduct market analysis, internal equity reviews, scenario modeling, and cost analysis.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
• Support compensation review and bonus cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of reward processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for digitization and automation, including exploring AI-driven use cases in Total Rewards.
• Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or a similar HR field.
• Demonstrated experience with salary reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation, and reward analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience in an international or matrixed organization is preferred.
