About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and support compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
- Provide expertise on job evaluation, benchmarking, and international reward topics.
- Conduct market analysis, internal equity reviews, scenario modeling, and cost analysis.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
- Support compensation review and bonus cycles.
- Drive continuous improvement of reward processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for digitization and automation, including exploring AI-driven use cases in Total Rewards.
- Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or a similar HR field.
- Demonstrated experience with salary reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation, and reward analysis.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience in an international or matrixed organization is preferred.
