Responsibilities
- Build an end-to-end revenue operating system covering pipeline analytics, sales opportunity tracking, and forecasting
- Create and maintain automations, workflows, and integrations to ensure data quality
- Support building GTM systems using sophisticated engineering principles for easy auditing and modification
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure data hygiene across lead, contact, account, and opportunity records
- Create documentation, SOPs, and training resources for GTM teams
- Partner with infrastructure and security teams for secure and scalable deployment
Requirements
- 5-8 years administering Salesforce and other GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise
- Direct experience managing tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong
- Familiarity with schema design, API-based integrations, APEX, and SOQL
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable system designs
- Clear communicator capable of working cross-functionally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high-growth Series A–B enterprise SaaS company
