About the Company
Antithesis provides a platform that enables engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs that traditional testing approaches miss. By running entire systems in a deterministic simulation, they allow teams to debug faster and ship with greater confidence.
Responsibilities
- Build an end-to-end revenue operating system covering pipeline analytics, sales opportunity tracking, and forecasting
- Create and maintain automations, workflows, and integrations to ensure data quality
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure data hygiene across lead, contact, account, and opportunity records
- Create documentation, SOPs, and training resources for GTM teams
- Partner with infrastructure and security teams for secure deployment
Requirements
- 5-8 years administering Salesforce and GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise
- Experience managing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong
- Familiarity with schema design, API-based integrations, APEX, and SOQL
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable system designs
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high-growth Series A–B enterprise SaaS company
