About the Company

Antithesis provides a platform that enables engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs that traditional testing approaches miss. By running entire systems in a deterministic simulation, they allow teams to debug faster and ship with greater confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Build an end-to-end revenue operating system covering pipeline analytics, sales opportunity tracking, and forecasting
  • Create and maintain automations, workflows, and integrations to ensure data quality
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure data hygiene across lead, contact, account, and opportunity records
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and training resources for GTM teams
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams for secure deployment

Requirements

  • 5-8 years administering Salesforce and GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise
  • Experience managing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong
  • Familiarity with schema design, API-based integrations, APEX, and SOQL
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable system designs
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a high-growth Series A–B enterprise SaaS company
