RevOps Manager

Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance reporting end-to-end, translating funnel and channel data into actionable insights for GTM decisions.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards covering ARR, CAC, MQL trends, pipeline health, and net retention.
• Manage the evolution of marketing data infrastructure, connecting HubSpot and ad data into a data warehouse.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and revenue.
• Analyze full-funnel performance to identify bottlenecks, campaign effectiveness, and CAC trends.
• Lead operational projects to improve marketing and sales alignment, including lead handoff and attribution accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure consistent data definitions and shared revenue views.

Requirements

• 3+ years of RevOps experience within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, specifically regarding pipeline management and reporting.
• Proven expertise in marketing attribution and demand generation analytics.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL or BI tooling.
• Experience building dashboards and forecasting models (e.g., Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts; experience with BigQuery is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes, funnel analysis, and marketing-sales alignment.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
