RevOps Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and own the marketing reporting layer, including dashboards and attribution models
• Manage HubSpot end-to-end, ensuring data cleanliness and workflow automation
• Establish clear attribution across channels to drive pipeline and revenue decisions
• Partner with heads of sales, marketing, and customer success to provide data-backed recommendations
• Own key metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and time to close
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the sales and marketing funnel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, data science, or a related field
• Hands-on HubSpot experience as an admin or operations owner
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and multi-channel attribution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn messy data into actionable insights
• 0–2 years of experience in RevOps, marketing ops, or sales operations
• Excellent communication skills for explaining data to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Metabase
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS GTM stacks and enrichment tools
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
