Revocable Consent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and manage applications for revocable consents, floodwall mitigation systems, renewable energy transmission lines, and vault licenses
• Review EAS and EIS documents and Capital Roadway Reconstruction plans for potential conflicts with existing vaults and consent infrastructure
• Work with City agencies and internal DOT units to ensure necessary approvals for consent petitions and vault applications
• Generate Revocable Consent Agreements and Vault licenses

Requirements

• Must be serving permanently in the title of Construction Project Manager or be reachable on the Civil Service list
• High school diploma and five years of construction project management/inspection experience (min $300,000 project cost per year)
• OR a baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management plus one year of relevant experience
• OR a valid license as a professional engineer, registered architect, or registered landscape architect plus one year of relevant experience
• Valid New York State motor vehicle driver license
