Revocable Consent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and manage applications for revocable consents, floodwall mitigation systems, renewable energy transmission lines, and vault licenses
• Review EAS and EIS documents and Capital Roadway Reconstruction plans for potential conflicts with existing vaults and consent infrastructure
• Work with City agencies and internal DOT units to ensure necessary approvals for consent petitions and vault applications
• Generate Revocable Consent Agreements and Vault licenses

Requirements

• Four years of full-time satisfactory experience in civil engineering work
• Valid New York State Professional Engineer’s License
• Must be serving permanently in the title of Civil Engineer or reachable on the Civil Engineer civil service list
• A master's degree in civil engineering may substitute for one year of required experience
