About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and manage applications for revocable consents, floodwall mitigation systems, renewable energy transmission lines, and vault licenses
- Review EAS and EIS documents and Capital Roadway Reconstruction plans for potential conflicts
- Work with City agencies and internal DOT units to ensure necessary approvals for consent petitions and vault applications
- Generate Revocable Consent Agreements and Vault licenses
Requirements
- One year of experience supervising employees performing project management work on engineering, architectural, or landscape architectural projects
- Or supervising a construction project valued at $1,000,000 or more
- Baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, urban planning, construction management, or related field plus one year of project management experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be serving permanently in the title of Associate Project Manager or reachable on the Associate Project Manager civil service list
