Revit BIM Modeler

Responsibilities

• Construct 3D models and prepare drawings using REVIT software
• Update 3D models to ensure accuracy of shop drawings
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines regarding design changes and model challenges
• Prepare BIM models for visualization and informed decision-making
• Produce and check structural rebar shop drawings against design criteria
• Produce structural layout and detailed shop drawings for civil and structural engineering works
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
• Ensure proper documentation and modeling quality control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant REVIT working experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup
• Knowledge of European standard BIM Requirements is a plus
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and resilient personality
