Responsibilities

• Manage setup and teardown of the booth, including light assembly and branding placement
• Ensure equipment and surveys are functioning properly for review gathering
• Proactively encourage event attendees to leave reviews
• Facilitate the review process and troubleshoot technical issues with laptops, mobile devices, or Wi-Fi
• Distribute swag and recognition to reviewers upon completion

Requirements

• Experience working at event, conference, or trade show booths with 100 - 20,000 attendees
• Proven record of achieving target goals based on attendee actions
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site tech issues with limited support
• Willingness to travel to events as needed
• Business professional English fluency
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak non-English languages with business professional fluency
• Experience at SaaS events
